# Where to enter an oath discount code.

Keep Oath Research's cart or checkout open at oathresearch.com. Look for the coupon field there, and leave these instructions open beside it if that helps.

## Look around the order summary.

Scan the cart and checkout for a control referring to a coupon or code. If the shop offers an expandable coupon area, open that area so you can see its entry field.

Check the page you're on before pasting anything. A sign-in field, an address field and a payment field each have a different purpose; none is a substitute for coupon entry.

Follow the labels on your current screen. If you can't tell which field accepts a coupon, pause and ask the shop before entering anything.

## Resolve catalog access at the shop.

Follow Oath Research's account instructions if you can't browse the catalog yet. Registration is required to browse it. The products are for research use only.

Keep your account details on the shop's site. There's no sign-in or payment form on this help desk, and copying a code here doesn't create a shop account.

Choose your code once the relevant order is in view: GRANT is 20% off for new customers on a first order; GRANT15 is 15% off for everyone, with no minimum and repeat orders included.

## Ask before guessing where to enter it.

Pause if the coupon control remains out of view. Describe the page you're using and whether you're on a phone or a larger screen when you contact Oath Research.

Leave payment until you can inspect the offer's effect. After entering a code, apply it and look for the discount in the order summary.
