Find the reduction in the summary.

Look for a displayed discount and the amount it removes. The choices are GRANT for 20% off a first order for new customers, or GRANT15 for 15% off for everyone, with no minimum and repeat orders included.

Compare the reduction with the merchandise amount the checkout discounts. Don't judge success solely by the final total: shipping or tax can make that total different from a simple percentage calculation.

Inspect again if you change the basket. An earlier summary isn't the final amount for a changed order.

If you can't find the expected reduction

Read shipping as its own amount.

Read the shipping charge shown for your order. Oath Research's policy recorded on August 13, 2026 offers free US shipping over $250. It doesn't say whether the qualifying amount is before or after discounts, so check what your checkout shows.

Keep delivery expectations separate from the coupon. That record describes 2-day business air for most orders, typically UPS where available, with same-business-day dispatch before noon MST Monday to Friday.

Allow extra time after the cutoff, on weekends and on federal holidays: orders then dispatch on the next business day. Dispatch is when the order leaves Oath Research, so the schedule isn't a delivery guarantee. Shipping is United States only.
